We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and post‑judgment proceedings. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced litigation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
Manage case calendars, deadlines, and docketing requirements
Assist with discovery, including document collection, review, production, and privilege logs
Prepare trial binders, exhibits, witness files, and deposition summaries
Coordinate filings with state and federal courts (including e‑filing)
Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third‑party vendors
Maintain case files and ensure compliance with litigation procedures and court rules
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and rules of court
Experience with discovery management and document review platforms
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and meet strict deadlines
Paralegal certificate or associate's degree preferred
