    • Hourly Wage:

    • Legal Executive Assistant II: $28.75 - $36.63 hourly, plus annual bonus opportunity.

    WHAT YOU''''LL DO:

    • Provide administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and other members of the Litigation team, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and expense report processing.
    • Coordinate litigation-related activities with attorneys, paralegals, clients, outside counsel, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
    • Maintain organized electronic files, accurate matter information, and related records within the department''''s case management and administrative systems.
    • Prepare routine administrative documents and correspondence for attorney review and signature, and support outside counsel onboarding, invoice processing, and related administrative workflows.
    • Assist with the administrative aspects of litigation activities, including discovery, document production, mail management, and routing of time-sensitive or urgent materials.
    • Support department projects, reporting, process improvements, and operational initiatives, while providing backup support to Law Operations team members and fostering strong cross-functional relationships.

    • Skilled at serving as a central point of coordination for a busy team, tracking deadlines, meetings, and outstanding items while recognizing and escalating urgent matters as needed.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy when handling legal documents, correspondence, calendars, deadlines, and other time-sensitive information.
    • Strong communicator and collaborative team player who builds positive working relationships with attorneys, colleagues, business partners, clients, and outside counsel.
    • Resourceful problem solver who takes initiative, exercises sound judgment, follows through on issues to resolution, and is comfortable seeking guidance when appropriate.
    • Discreet, adaptable, and technology-savvy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality, manage changing priorities, and quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes.
    • You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
    • Able to work at our office located in Omaha, NE, in a hybrid environment.

    PREFERRED:

    • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a legal, insurance, or corporate environment; relevant education or training may be considered in lieu of some experience.
    • Experience supporting attorneys, paralegals, or other legal professionals is preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, schedules, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to maintain accuracy and follow through on assignments.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
    • Experience with legal, matter-management, document-management, or case-management systems is helpful but not required; high school diploma or equivalent required.
