The role involves coordinating case activity, managing attorney schedules, preparing court filings, and assisting through all phases of the litigation lifecycle, including trial preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, format, and finalize pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence for litigation matters
  • File documents electronically in state, federal, and appellat
