Litigation Legal Assistant

Haworth Barber & Gerstman is a growing Insurance Defense Litigation trial practice. Our team resides in New York and New Jersey and work on a wide variety of matters involving trucking, general liability, construction, product liability and more. We are seeking legal assistants with 1+ years of Litigation experience for our New York, New York office.

Requirements:

• 1+ years handling litigation type matters.
• Self-motivated organizational and time management skills.
• A willingness to be responsive to attorneys when they call or email.
• A willingness to master your deadlines.
• A willingness to better our industry and your work environment.
• Must be technologically confident, comfortable using case management systems and effectively utilize available technology.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to coordinate attorney calendars.
• Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and adversaries.
• Comfortable E-Filing State and Federal

Salary Range:

$60,000-$65,000
