ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense litigator to join its Concord, New Hampshire office as a Non-Equity Partner.
The preferred candidate will bring an established insurance defense practice and, ideally, a portable book of business of $100,000+.
This is a significant succession opportunity for an attorney interested in taking over a retiring partner's practice over the next several years while continuing to build their own client relationships.

· Portable book of business of $100,000+ preferred
· Ability to independently manage litigation matters and client relationships
· Strong business-development and practice-building capabilities
· Interest in long-term practice succession and leadership

PRACTICE & SUCCESSION
The incoming partner will join an established insurance defense litigation practice with the opportunity to develop a long-term leadership role.
A key component of the opportunity is the planned transition of a retiring partner's practice to the incoming attorney over the next several years.
Candidates with an existing $100,000+ book of business are preferred and will be well positioned to combine their practice with the succession opportunity

BILLABLE HOURS & INCENTIVES
· 1,600 billable hours minimum expected in the first year

Billable expectations: 1,600 hours in year one; 1,700 thereafter. If hours are met: 10% origination bonus + 10% on receipts.
