The Litigation Docketing Specialist will report to the Docketing Manager and is a client focused, detail-oriented position that provides national, multi-jurisdictional litigation docketing support firm-wide. To be successful in this role, a candidate needsa strong knowledge of court rules and procedures in New Mexico state and federal courts, to independently identify deadlines based on jurisdiction rules.

Schedule:
This positions will start as a hybrid role throughout the onboarding period, then transition to a primarily remote schedule. Additional days in-office may be required depending on business need and the demands of specific tasks. The hybrid work structure may change at any time, including the number of in-office day requirement.
Compensation:
Holland & Hart offers of employment take into consideration a candidate's education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location, external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. A discretionary bonus may be available based upon performance. The Colorado salary range is $28.24 to $47.07 per hour. A discretionary bonus may be available based upon performance.
