This position oversees the end-to-end closeout of resolved litigation matters, ensuring legal compliance, accuracy, and timely completion. The role involves coordinating post-resolution obligations, managing settlement and mediation logistics, handling financial closeout processes, and maintaining complete case documentation. The individual serves as a key point of contact for attorneys and opposing counsel, proactively communicates deadlines and risks, and ensures matters are properly archived prior to formal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Manage litigation closeout workflows from resolution through final closure
Prepare and finalize legally compliant correspondence and documentation
Track court-ordered and compliance deadlines with strict controls
Coordinate mediation and settlement conference logistics and filings
Handle financial closeout processing related to case resolution
Maintain accurate case files and compliance logs
Communicate status, risks, and deadlines to supervising attorneys
Supervise and delegate work to litigation support staff, ensuring quality and timeliness
Supervisory & Experience Requirements
1-3 years of supervisory experience
Supervise 2-4 team members
Hands-on project management while overseeing delegated tasks
