Litigation Attorney w/2yrs+ Experience

Our rapidly growing personal injury law firm located in the Mid-Wilshire area seeks a HUNGRY Litigation lawyer with 2-4 years of experience to negotiate personal injury claims on behalf of injured clients. Our office represents clients who have suffered anywhere between a torn tissue injuries to TBI, and beyond. We have successfully represented over thousands of clients since the inception of the firm.

We are currently looking for an Attorney who is ready to go to battle for our clients and isn't afraid of a little challenge. Our litigation department is fast-paced and demanding. Our firm is ever growing faster than anyone anticipated. We need someone who is ready to grow with us.

COMPENSATION

• Salary: $125k + Depending on Experience
• Highly Competitive/ Above Market Rate

ATTORNEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• David who is willing to go against a Goliath every day with pride
• Negotiate personal injury cases against insurance companies and defense counsel
• Litigate cases from the start of complaint through resolution
• Draft pleadings and motions; including summary judgment motions
• Propound and Respond to Discovery
• Prepare for, take, or defend depositions
• Court Appearances; as needed
• Conduct Legal research
• Manage relations with clients
• Prepare for trial

QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION:

• 2+ years of litigation necessary, or interest in litigation. Basic Knowledge.
• Personal Injury experience necessary
• 1st or 2nd chair trial experience preferred but not required
• Strong negotiator skills
• Desire to represent the underdog
• Candidate must be hungry, relentless, and resilient
• People Person-Strong communication skills
• Strong grammar skills
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to handle many tasks as once
• Candidate must be eager to learn, grow and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability,
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must have passed the Bar Exam in California
