About the Opportunity
A well-established and highly respected personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling complex, high-value cases and wants to take a meaningful role in developing litigation strategy and advocating for injury victims.
The ideal candidate has significant personal injury litigation experience, particularly involving third-party auto accidents and first-party no-fault claims, and is comfortable managing cases with a high degree of independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and litigate complex, high-value personal injury cases, including auto accidents, premises liability, dog attacks, sexual assault, and catastrophic injury matters.
- Handle depositions of parties, witnesses, and insurance representatives.
- Draft and argue motions, briefs, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
- Develop case strategy from initial evaluation through resolution.
- Conduct legal research, evaluate claims, interview witnesses, and work with clients and experts.
- Prepare for and participate in trials, including trial strategy and mock trial preparation.
- Advocate for clients in court and throughout the litigation process.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience
- Extensive experience in personal injury litigation.
- Strong background with third-party auto accident and first-party no-fault claims.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex cases.
- Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Strong judgment, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and commitment to exceptional client service.
