We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling a wide range of litigation matters and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions
• Attend court proceedings and trials
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Provide legal advice to clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
