Hybrid / Primarily Remote | Court-Focused Role | $80K–$190K+
A well-respected Queens law firm with an excellent reputation and strong community presence is seeking an attorney to work primarily remote. The firm's core focus is probate administration and contested estate matters, with estate planning serving as a secondary practice area. This is not a traditional estate planning position centered on drafting documents all day.
The firm operates with an efficient team structure in which experienced paralegals manage much of the estate planning drafting and file preparation, allowing the attorney to concentrate on higher-level responsibilities such as court appearances, legal strategy, final review, and dispute resolution.
Although the firm maintains an office in Queens, this position is primarily remote with occasional in-person responsibilities and local court appearances. It is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking meaningful courtroom exposure, autonomy, and hands-on responsibility without being tied to an office full-time.
Recent law school graduates or candidates coming from related practice areas such as civil litigation are encouraged to apply, provided they have passed the New York Bar.
