Job Details

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. Representing clients in all phases of business litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial, and appeals.
2. Handling complex litigation cases and business disputes with a high degree of professionalism and competence.
3. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
4. Conducting comprehensive legal research to support case strategy and to stay updated on recent laws and regulations.
5. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients, when appropriate, to avoid costly and time-consuming litigation.
6. Collaborating with other team members, clients, and opposing counsel to ensure effective case management.
7. Providing sound legal advice to clients, explaining complex legal concepts in clear, understandable language.
8. Maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and professional responsibility.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Litigation Attorney position, the following qualifications are required:

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business litigation, complex litigation, breach of contract, and business disputes.
4. Exceptional skills in legal research and legal writing.
5. Proven track record in trial practice.
6. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes amicably.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and opposing counsel.
9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
