Litigation Attorney

A high-profile plaintiff's consumer class action law firm, located in Bergen County, New Jersey, is looking for Recent Law School Graduate or Graduating Law School Student. Potential for future growth with firm. Interested parties should send brief cover letter with resume. Would also consider 1 or 2 year admission with salary commensurate.

Responsibilities

· Draft pleadings including summons and complaints

· Draft motions, discovery demands, legal research

· Some familiarity with federal filings in ECF docket

· Working with class action settlement administrator

· client interaction

Requirements

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

· Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task

· Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills

· Experience in managing multiple priorities
