Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Los Angeles. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in civil and commercial litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation law and a proven track record of success in the courtroom.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the litigation process from initiation to appeal
• Conduct legal research and analysis of issues
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and conferences
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and be in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing litigation law
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
