Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join a growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to take on meaningful responsibility and work on complex, high-impact cases across a variety of practice areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including commercial, insurance, municipal, and other civil litigation matters
• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and appeals as needed
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and negotiations
• Provide strategic legal counsel and risk assessments to clients
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop effective case strategies
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and other legal documents
