Job Details

Work hybrid remote. We have offices in Philadelphia and Malvern.

You will represent businesses, insureds, and individuals across a diverse civil litigation docket, owning matters from inception through resolution in state and federal courts.

• Manage your own caseload of litigation matters from pleadings through trial
• Draft pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and appellate briefs
• Take and defend depositions, and argue motions in court
• Prepare case evaluations and reports for clients and carriers
• Attend mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences

Required:

• PA Bar Admission
• Recent defense litigation experience
