Litigation Attorney

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to manage personal injury cases from initial evaluation through settlement or trial. This role will be responsible for case strategy, client communication, discovery, negotiations, and working closely with a legal support team to achieve favorable case outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through resolution
  • Evaluate the merits and potential value of personal injury claims
  • Provide guidance and counsel to clients through clear and effective communication
  • Review medical records and related documentation
  • Negotiate settlements and resolve cases as appropriate
  • Prepare demand letters and develop case strategies
  • Open new files and establish litigation plans
  • Conduct discovery and manage case-related deadlines
  • Handle a large and active caseload while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Collaborate with and provide leadership to legal support staff and team members
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the litigation process

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active Georgia Bar License
  • 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
  • Strong understanding of Georgia personal injury law
  • Trial experience preferred
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client-management skills
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a legal team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with clients during challenging circumstances
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
