This role is ideal for a motivated attorney passionate about litigation and eager to develop expertise representing condominium, homeowners, and cooperative associations across Florida.
Key Responsibilities
Manage litigation matters.
Represent community associations in legal proceedings.
Collaborate with experienced attorneys and support staff.
Participate in professional development and training.
Qualifications
Active Florida Bar member in good standing.
3-5 years litigation experience preferred.
Community Association Law experience is a plus but not required.
Motivated, adaptable, and committed to learning.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary up to $125,000, commensurate with experience.
Training, mentorship, and a 15% commission on new business.
Year-end bonus, annual raises, health and dental insurance.
Paid time off: two weeks vacation, sick days.
In-office position with billing of 100-125 hours/month.
