Litigation Attorney
Overview:
StaffBuffalo is working with a prominent, long-established law firm to hire a Litigation Attorney, with a competitive salary of $85,000 to $150,000 based on experience and book of business. This opportunity is open to a well-rounded Litigation Associate or a Partner with a portable practice who wants a diverse caseload, experienced mentorship, and a potential path to partnership.
The Litigation Attorney will support partners and independently manage matters across a broad general practice, including commercial litigation, personal injury, criminal defense, estates, guardianships, probate litigation, landlord-tenant matters, elder law, and matrimonial and family law. The role includes client counseling, legal research and drafting, depositions, arbitrations, trials, and court appearances throughout Western and Central New York.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with highly experienced attorneys while building autonomy, courtroom experience, and client relationships. The firm also offers an experienced paralegal team, a friendly and supportive work environment, and sophisticated marketing systems to support professional and business development.
