Litigation Attorney (5–7 Years) – Trial & Defense Practice | Boston, MA

Are you a litigator who wants real courtroom time and a seat at the table on strategy? A respected Boston law firm is looking to add a litigation attorney with 5 to 7 years of experience to its trial and defense practice.

What You'll Do

• Take and defend depositions, and handle hearings and mediations
• Draft pleadings, briefs, interrogatories, and document requests
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and Lexis
• Review document productions and manage court filings
• Correspond with clients and colleagues to keep matters moving

What You Bring

• JD (graduating class of roughly 2017–2020) with strong academic credentials
• Admission to the Massachusetts bar (required); other New England bar admissions are a plus
• Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills
• The ability to juggle multiple matters, solve problems quickly, and work independently in a fast-paced setting

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $190,000–$210,000; more senior candidates may be considered at a higher level
