Job Details

Manage and support a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolution
Draft, review, and argue motions in state and federal courts
Conduct legal research and prepare litigation strategy recommendations
Take and defend depositions
Participate in discovery management, including written discovery and document review
Handle case management responsibilities for multiple active matters
Assist with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
Prepare appellate briefs and other complex legal filings
Communicate directly with clients regarding litigation strategy and case status
Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on high-stakes disputes
Analyze legal issues and develop practical business-oriented solutions

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active membership and good standing with the California Bar
3+ years of litigation experience
Experience handling product liability, commercial litigation, class action, or appellate matters
Strong motion drafting and legal writing skills
Deposition experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple active matters simultaneously
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients
Strong academic credentials preferred
