Job Details

Job Details / Responsibilities:
  • Support one or more of the firm’s practice groups in active litigation matters
  • Handle a range of litigation work including legal research, drafting, discovery, analysis, and case management
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with consistent attention to detail
  • Work independently as a self-starter while collaborating effectively as part of a team
  • Contribute to matters involving government contracts, construction disputes, or employment litigation (including wage and hour class and PAGA actions)


Qualifications:
  • Active California Bar license
  • 2–5 years of litigation experience
  • Solid academic credentials
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong analytical abilities with consistent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • Highly desired: Experience litigating government contracts, construction disputes, or employment matters (especially wage and hour class and PAGA actions)
