Junior Litigation Associate

About the Opportunity:

A premier San Francisco-based law firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney with 2 to 3 years of meaningful civil litigation experience to join a dynamic litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to work directly on a broad range of high-stakes, substantive litigation matters, including complex commercial litigation, trust disputes, corporate and partnership disputes, contract claims, and intellectual property disputes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft complex pleadings, dispositive motions, and legal briefs.

  • Propound, handle, and respond to written discovery.

  • Manage case schedules, court deadlines, and overall litigation strategy.

  • Conduct extensive legal research and analysis on novel legal issues.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of dedicated civil litigation experience in a law firm setting.

  • Superior legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

  • Exceptional academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.

  • Active bar admission in California.

  • Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, legal acumen, and commitment to professional growth.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Anticipated Base Salary Range: $225,000 – $245,000 annually. DOE

  • Comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative environment that values community involvement and hard work.
