    Role Overview

    The Litigation Associate will support complex commercial matters from early strategy through resolution. This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client engagement, and the chance to work on high‑stakes litigation within a globally recognized platform.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Case Leadership: Support and manage litigation matters from inception through trial or settlement, including research, drafting, discovery, and hearing preparation.
    • Client Partnership: Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through proactive communication and strategic insight.
    • Research & Writing Excellence: Draft compelling briefs, motions, and legal memoranda; conduct rigorous legal research to inform case strategy.
    • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with partners, associates, paralegals, and support teams to drive favorable outcomes.
    • Regulatory Awareness: Stay current on legal developments, ensuring compliance with evolving standards and precedents.
    • Professional Growth: Participate in ongoing training and development programs offered by the firm.
    • Pro Bono Commitment: Contribute to the firm’s mission of expanding access to justice through meaningful pro bono work.

    Qualifications

    • JD required
    • Minimum 4 years of substantive litigation experience
    • Law firm experience required
    • Federal clerkship experience preferred

    Compensation & Benefits

    Annual compensation is expected to fall between $310,000 – $390,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan.
