Compensation is based on experience, with typical base salaries approximately:

3 years: ~$130K
4 years: ~$140K
5 years: ~$150K
More senior and exceptional candidates may command higher compensation

The firm also offers a quarterly productivity bonus program. Attorneys receive additional compensation for hours billed above their quarterly target, plus an additional bonus for meeting the full quarterly goal.

Manage civil-defense matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions and discovery
Take and defend depositions
Attend hearings, mediations and court appearances
Review medical records, expert reports and damages materials
Develop case strategy with partners and clients
Communicate directly with carriers and insured clients
Assist with trial preparation and gain increasing courtroom responsibility
Qualifications
Florida Bar admission required
Approximately 3+ years of civil-litigation experience preferred
Insurance defense or general liability experience strongly preferred
Deposition and substantive discovery experience
Strong writing, research and case-management skills
Ability to independently manage deadlines and an active caseload
