Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate to join a well-established and growing practice representing clients in a broad range of general liability and civil litigation matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful case responsibility, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to continue developing as a litigator.

You'll work alongside experienced attorneys on sophisticated matters while building your own practice and courtroom experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Handle

• General liability litigation
• Insurance defense matters
• Premises liability
• Construction-related disputes
• Product liability matters
• Personal injury defense
• Motion practice
• Depositions
• Discovery strategy
• Court appearances
• Mediation and settlement negotiations
• Trial preparation and trial support

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license in California
• 1-5 years of civil litigation experience
• Experience handling litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:

• Premises liability
• Construction defect
• Transportation litigation
• Product liability
• Professional liability
