Job Details

Our client is seeking an attorney in the Cleveland area with 3+ years of experience handling insurance-related legal matters, particularly personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys managing a caseload, handling cases independently, and taking ownership of matters from start to finish. The firm's ownership is looking to transition a substantial volume of less complex cases to the right attorney, creating an opportunity to step into an established caseload and make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury, MVAs, insurance coverage, bad faith, general casualty, appeals, and more
• Handle insurance-related casework, including evaluating claims, reviewing records, and assessing liability and damages.
• Oversee day-to-day case progression, negotiations, and resolution of less complex matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance representatives, and other parties.
• Work with firm leadership to ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively.

What We're Looking For:

• JD + Licensed to practice in Ohio
• 3+ years of legal experience, preferably with a focus on personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, insurance defense, or related insurance litigation.
• Experience managing a caseload and handling matters with increasing independence.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• The ability to evaluate cases, prioritize effectively, and move matters toward resolution.
