Litigation Associate – Real Estate Preferred 

On-site - My client allows up to five remote days per month. 

A well-established and highly collaborative Michigan law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join iits established litigation practice. This opportunity is ideal for motivated attorneys who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Real Estate litigation is preferred, but general commercial litigiation is good as well! 

Position Overview

The firm is looking for candidates with 5-15 of experience as an associate attorney, with strong exposure to all aspects of litigation. This includes:

• Drafting and responding to disclosures and discovery

• Motion practice

• Taking and defending depositions

• Court appearances

• Trial preparation

This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with a robust caseload and gain hands-on experience across a variety of matters.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Starting at $120,000- $160,000 (DOE)

• Billable Requirement: 1,600 hours for bonus eligibility

• Benefits Package: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance

• 401(k): Eligible after 1 year, with up to 3% employer match
