A respected Seattle litigation firm is looking to add a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to its growing team.
This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants to do substantive litigation work, take ownership of matters, work directly with clients, and build toward a long-term career without sacrificing work-life balance.
The firm handles a broad range of civil litigation matters and offers associates meaningful responsibility, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced litigators on complex cases.
Manage litigation matters from case inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
Take and defend depositions
Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
Develop case strategy and communicate directly with clients
Handle matters independently while working closely with senior attorneys
Collaborate with a team on complex and challenging litigation matters
Active Washington State Bar license
3+ years of civil litigation experience
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Deposition experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Desire to continue developing as a well-rounded litigator
Substantive litigation work and meaningful responsibility
