Job Details

A growing San Antonio litigation boutique is looking for a motivated Litigation Associate who wants real, hands-on courtroom experience. This is an opportunity to work directly alongside an experienced trial attorney who loves to mentor, on a varied docket spanning business litigation, construction disputes, and plaintiff and defense personal injury.

Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from intake through resolution, with guidance and support from the founding attorney.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs across business, construction, and personal injury matters.
Take and defend depositions, attend hearings and mediations, and assist with trial preparation and trial.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and adjusters to move cases forward.
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy in a collaborative, small-team environment.

What We're Looking For

Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
2+ years of Litigation experience
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
Self-starter who wants responsibility and is comfortable in a fast-paced, lean team.
Coachable, curious, and eager to grow as a trial lawyer.
