Litigation Associate Attorney (5+ Years)
Location: Downtown Portland, OR with Hybrid option
Compensation: DOE

They are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join their dynamic litigation practice.

Responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written advocacy.
- Handle all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions.
- Communicate and negotiate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop case strategy and deliver exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of litigation experience.
- Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings, motions, and managing discovery.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Active membership in the Oregon State Bar; Washington State Bar admission is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed for court appearances, depositions, and client meetings.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to client service.
