Ready to take your litigation career to the next level? A highly respected Pittsburgh law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters in a collaborative environment that values professional growth and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft motions, pleadings, memoranda, and written discovery
Conduct in-depth legal research and develop effective litigation strategies
Manage document review and discovery projects
Prepare for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial
Collaborate with attorneys on complex litigation matters
Maintain strong client relationships while providing exceptional legal representation

Qualifications:

3–5 years of commercial litigation experience required
Excellent written communication and drafting skills, including experience preparing memos, pleadings, motions, and discovery
Ability to produce concise, persuasive, and effective written work product
Outstanding legal research and analytical skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Active Pennsylvania Bar license required
