Litigation Associate (Real Estate & Business)

A growing litigation practice in Oklahoma City is seeking a driven Litigation Associate to join its dynamic team. This position focuses on complex commercial, real estate, and business-related disputes, offering excellent opportunities for professional growth and active courtroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial, real estate, and business litigation files through all stages of the legal process.

• Draft complex pleadings, motions, legal briefs, and discovery requests and responses.

• Conduct legal research, witness interviews, and depositions.

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings.

• Collaborate directly with senior partners and clients to formulate effective litigation strategies.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Oklahoma bar admission.

• Prior litigation experience with a strong focus on real estate, commercial, or business law.

• Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

• Strong negotiation tactics and client-management abilities.

Compensation & Work Environment

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus performance bonus opportunities.

• On-site / In-Office arrangement in Oklahoma City, OK.
