Litigation Associate Attorney

Are you a litigator with four or more years under your belt, looking for a firm where your work is noticed? My client, a well-regarded law firm in Manchester, NH, is adding a mid-level to senior Litigation Associate to its team. If your background is in commercial litigation or family law, this one is worth a conversation.

What you'll do

• Handle a commercial litigation or family law caseload from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions and briefs, and manage discovery
• Appear in court for hearings, depositions and trials
• Work closely with partners and a collaborative team on case strategy
• Build lasting relationships with clients

What you bring

• 4+ years practicing commercial litigation or family law
• Admission to the New Hampshire bar, or eligibility for admission by waiver
• Residence within reasonable commuting distance of Manchester, NH
• Comfort with regular in-office time, especially while getting settled, plus hybrid flexibility after that
• Experienced laterals are welcome, and a portable book of business is a strong plus
