Seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 25 years of experience in real estate and business litigation to join our dynamic legal team. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates strong academic performance, exceptional research and writing skills, and a commitment to excellence in litigation.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school with a class rank in the top 1/3.
25 years of litigation experience, with a focus on real estate and business disputes.
Strong legal research and writing skills are essential.
Ability to handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing motions, and attending hearings.
Trial and deposition experience is a plus.
Candidates with insurance defense backgrounds will not be considered.
