This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated commercial disputes, complex litigation, and high-stakes matters while working alongside experienced litigators representing major corporate clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably involving complex commercial or business disputes.

• Experience handling discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.

• Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.

• Experience in federal and state court litigation.

• Ability to manage multiple matters and collaborate with attorneys and clients.

• A proactive, team-oriented approach to client service.
