This is a compelling opportunity to work alongside leading practitioners representing premier global accounting firms, public company issuers, and directors and officers in some of the most complex and high-stakes matters nationwide.
The role offers hands-on involvement in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory enforcement proceedings, with a particular emphasis on matters before the SEC, PCAOB, and DOJ. These cases span global markets and involve sophisticated counterparties, including federal regulators, bankruptcy trustees, shareholders, and noteholders, requiring exceptional legal judgment, strategic insight, and advocacy skills. The practice is consistently recognized by Chambers USA and The Legal 500 as a leader in this space, reflecting the caliber of its work and the strength of its attorneys.
Candidate Profile
JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
Active Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
3-5 years of substantive litigation experience.
Hands-on experience in complex litigation, arbitration, or regulatory enforcement matters
Exposure to matters involving accounting firms, public companies, or financial institutions is a plus
Elite or large law firm experience strongly preferred
Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage complex matters, balance competing priorities, and work effectively as part of a collaborative team
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and regulatory enforcement proceedings
Assist in matters before the SEC, PCAOB, DOJ, and other regulatory bodies
Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery materials, and client memoranda
Conduct sophisticated legal research and factual analysis in support of complex disputes
Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategy and litigation positioning
Interact with opposing counsel, experts, regulators, and other stakeholders as matters progress

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: $260,000+, commensurate with experience and class year.
