HumanHire is partnered with a top national Mid-Size Firm to find a Litigation Associate to join their growing team remotely, based in Arizona. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-exposure matters primarily focused in Construction and General Liability Defense.
We Offer: - Pay: $130-170K Base Salary plus Bonus

Responsibilities: - Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal memoranda
- Conduct and defend depositions, including party, witness, and expert depositions
- Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
- Collaborate with clients, experts, insurers, and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategy
- Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation, exhibit management, and motion practice
Qualifications: - 1+ years of Litigation Attorney experience
- Defense experience required (Civil Litigation preferred)
- AZ and CA Bar Admission OR AZ and NV Bar Admission
