Litigation Associate (3-8 years) - National / Multi-Office

The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Associate with at least 3-8 years of litigation experience. 

The Day-To-Day:

As an associate in our Litigation practice, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking background screening cases in collaboration with other attorneys. 

You Have:

 

• 3-8 years of general litigation experience; class action experience is a plus
• Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation experience and/or other consumer litigation experience preferred (but not required)
• Stellar writing and communication skills that allow you to advocate effectively with clients and on their behalf
• Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and high emotional intelligence
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively 
• Excellent academic credentials
• Top law firm experience, or a combination of law firm and in-house experience
• Federal Clerkship experience is a plus
• Must be licensed in the state that you reside or have the ability to waive in

The salary range for this role is $260,000 to $350,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
