Description

Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a national law firm seeking a Litigation Associate to support its growing litigation practice. The firm represents clients across a variety of industries, including construction, real estate, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, and energy. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of litigation matters and collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices and practice areas.

The firm combines the resources of a national platform with a collaborative and approachable culture. Associates are given meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters alongside experienced litigators. Cross-office collaboration provides exposure to a diverse client base, complex legal issues, and a broad range of litigation strategies.

Attorneys with 3-5 years of litigation experience, particularly in construction litigation, real property litigation, or commercial litigation, are encouraged to apply.

Location: Sarasota, In-Office

Compensation: $145,000 - $220,000+, commensurate with experience

Billable Requirement: Approximately 1,850 hours annually

Responsibilities

  • Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including case strategy, client communication, and deadline management.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, discovery responses, and other litigation-related documents.
  • Conduct legal research, handle depositions, and assist with hearings, mediations, dispositive motio
