The ideal candidate brings prior civil litigation support experience and thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. They have experience preparing and proofreading legal documents, managing electronic filings in both federal and state courts, and handling a high volume of documents. Experience tracking discovery materials, reviewing court filings, and processing docketing requests is required. The successful candidate will also have experience providing professional client and internal communication support, scheduling meetings and depositions, assisting with trial preparation, and supporting billing and administrative functions, including time entry, invoicing, calendar management, expense processing, conflict checks, and opening and closing client matters.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting attorneys in civil litigation matters in both federal and state courts
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under time‑sensitive deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and familiarity with legal billing guidelines and client invoicing
