Seven Hills Foundation's Stetson School is seeking a Literacy and Assessment Coordinator to provide specialized reading instruction and support educational programming for students with diverse learning needs. This role combines direct student instruction, assessment coordination, and collaboration with classroom teachers to help students build literacy skills and achieve meaningful educational outcomes.

What You'll Do
Provide individualized and small-group reading instruction and interventions.
Assess student reading skills and develop appropriate intervention plans.
Coordinate and oversee state-mandated and alternative assessments.
Monitor and document student progress and communicate results to educational teams.
Collaborate with teachers to develop effective reading strategies and adapt curriculum materials.
Participate in IEP meetings and develop reading-related goals and progress reports as needed.
Provide coaching, consultation, and professional development to teachers related to reading instruction and assessment.
Stay current on educational trends, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
