Summary

You'll learn our seller consultation framework, work with a Listing Partner who has done it at a high level, and get the marketing support to make every listing look its best.

Responsibilities

• Run seller consultations using our Home Sale Success framework
• Prepare pricing analysis and market positioning for each listing
• Manage listings from signed agreement through closing
• Hold open houses and follow up with every attendee
• Prospect expired, FSBO, and farm leads during protected call blocks
• Join weekly Listings Lab sessions

Qualifications

• Active Missouri real estate license
• At least 5 listings taken in the past 24 months
• Confident presenting to sellers and handling pricing objections
• Strong negotiation and follow-up habits
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
