Join The Seattle Real Estate Team at KW Bothell as a dedicated Listing Agent serving homeowners throughout Issaquah and Sammamish. This role is ideal for a motivated real estate professional who wants to focus on residential listings and build a long-term career with a supportive, high-performing team.

• Compensation: Commission-only
• Estimated annual earnings: $85,000–$150,000
• Commission structure: 50/50 to 70/30 split of GCI, based on closed transaction volume
• Team support: Listing coordination, marketing assistance, mentorship, and ongoing professional training
• Work location: Local, on-site position based at 22614 Bothell Everett Hwy, Bothell, WA 98021
• Remote work: This is not a remote position

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage listing opportunities in Issaquah and Sammamish. Meet with prospective sellers, prepare listing strategies, coordinate marketing, communicate throughout the transaction, and collaborate with the KW Bothell team. Participate in mentorship and team training. This is a commission-only role; compensation is based on closed transactions.

Qualifications

Active Washington real estate license or ability to obtain one. Listing-focused mindset, strong communication, client service skills, and commitment to ethical real estate practice. Able to work locally with the team from 22614 Bothell Everett Hwy, Bothell, WA 98021. Not a remote or partially remote role.
