Listing Coordinator

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent with a strong focus on listings, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for preparing homes for a successful launch.

Working alongside several of our top-producing agents, you will oversee the daily coordination of assigned listings. Key responsibilities include preparing properties for market, coordinating staging, photography, and vendor services, creating marketing materials, and supporting open houses. Your efforts will help deliver a smooth client experience while ensuring each property is positioned and presented to its full potential.

This opportunity is ideal for someone interested in building an independent real estate business or developing specialized expertise in listing management and operations. You will work closely with high-performing agents, expand your professional network, enhance your marketing and listing capabilities, and grow within a collaborative, performance-oriented team.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert user and coach of in-house technology and tools
• Manage marketing plans & listing syndication
• Create or coordinate listing marketing materials
• Review all listing marketing materials for quality control
• Build and implement systems that save time and create efficiencies
• Coordinate with vendors such as sign companies, photographers, contractors
• Edit photos as needed
• Maintain the marketing related expenses/budget
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Host Open Houses and prospect for the listings

You are a detail oriented operations based professional who has a knack for marketing. You are excited about using technology in your day-to-day job functions but also LOVE interacting and serving people. Your organization is second to none and you can execute while having fun with a thriving team.
