Responsibilities

• Choose and implement proven marketing strategies to promote property listings that attract potential buyers.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to determine competitive pricing and advise clients accordingly.
• Coordinate and host property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase listings.
• Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and financing options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You excel at building rapport, hearing the needs of others, then matching those needs to profitable solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Always a student yet overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator committed to service.

• 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded

• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues 
• Excellent time management skills
