Core Responsibilities & Professional Skills

Guide the Listing Process

• Conduct polished listing consultations and earn client commitments
• Counsel sellers on pricing, preparation, staging, and market positioning
• Establish lasting relationships while guiding clients from the first meeting through closing

Build Pricing & Market Strategies

• Review comparable properties, market trends, and absorption rates
• Position listings to attract qualified interest and achieve strong results efficiently
• Deliver clear, well-supported recommendations based on current market data

Implement Marketing & Exposure Plans

• Partner with the team to execute strategic marketing campaigns
• Increase property exposure through digital platforms and traditional media
• Drive showings, buyer engagement, and interest for each listing

Strengthen Negotiation Expertise

• Assess offers, structure transactions, and negotiate favorable terms for sellers
• Learn alongside experienced agents to continually sharpen your negotiation abilities

Maintain Consistent Lead Generation

• Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to listing-related activities, sphere outreach, and pipeline development
• Build a dependable, listing-centered business with long-term growth potential

Commit to Ongoing Training & Development

• Take part in weekly script practice, team training, and coaching sessions
• Continuously refine your skills and improve lead-conversion results

Measure Activity & Deliver Results

• Use PLACE technology to track activities, progress, and outcomes
• What gets measured gets rewarded.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
