Listed Clearing Specialist
Our client is a leading global corporate and investment bank that provides clearing, financing, capital markets, and advisory services to institutional clients worldwide.
Job Description
- Responsible for settlements, controls, cash management, and client service of listed products: DTC, cash, equity, stock borrow/loan, options clearing in ICC
- Process listed derivatives transactions accurately and on time.
- Reconcile trade discrepancies and resolve issues with counterparties.
- Monitor clearing and settlement processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and prepare reports as required.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating operational risks related to clearing activities.
- Support system upgrades and testing for clearing-related processes.
- Provide prompt resolution to client inquiries related to listed clearing activities.

The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrated knowledge of DTC
- Working knowledge of OCC
- Broadridge Shadow platform a plus
- Strong knowledge of listed derivatives and clearing processes in the financial services industry.
- Experience with trade reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to clearing operations.
