Responsibilities include routine monitoring and maintenance of systems, implementation of updates and tasking requirements, and providing break/fix support as needed to maintain operational availability.Note: This position includes an expectation of occasional after-hours or weekend support in the event of critical system issues. This is not a 24/7 on-call requirement. Availability and planned absences can be coordinated with program leadership.
