Overview:

Line Server

The line server's main consist of keeping the buffet fully stocked, clean, and neatly presented throughout service.

Responsibilities:

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
• Replenishing food items.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.
• Keeping the line organized and full knowledge of the menu items.
• Communicating with guests respectably.
• Coordinating with kitchen staff to keep buffet flowing smoothly.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• One year work experience in a similar enviornment.
• Excellent communication skills required.
